We honor the rich heritage of Macanese and diverse Luso-Asian cuisine , born of the historic Portuguese spice routes across Asia. Our restaurant showcases this distinctive fusion with vibrant, heritage‑driven dishes that delight both palate and spirit.

You can enjoy our core menu of beloved Macanese classics that honour tradition and Chef Kei's staples dishes, or explore our daily‑changing Menu of inventive dishes— created base on seasonal ingredients and expression and creativity of the chef from that day. For adventurous diners seeking an intimate experience, the Chef’s Table & Chef’s Choice present a bespoke multi‑course journey.

For another level of the culinary excitement we offer Occasionally stage one‑off, ticketed Secret Menu dinners: themed, single‑seating events that pair mystery dishes with the chef’s storytelling. Bringing our guests through different culinary journeys, family recipes and featuring premium ingredients like limited edition organic Goan coconut toddy sourced directly from Goa and organic Gula Melaka from the family in Malacca—often highlighting collaborations with guest chefs.
