Chef's Table

We are delighted to present our Chef's Table experience at the Macau Kitchen, available exclusively at 7 PM each evening alongside our standard menu. This intimate dining option, accommodating two to four guests, features a personalised menu that reflects our Chef's unique culinary expression, resulting in a delightful and surprising array of dishes. Reservations are required in advance, with a £30 per person deposit necessary to secure your booking.

The Chef's Table experience is priced at £100 per person and includes eight dishes inspired by Chef Kei's Portuguese and Asian heritage. We kindly ask that you allow approximately two and a half hours for our kitchen chefs to immerse you in this heritage experience. Alternatively, we offer a Chef's Table option featuring six dishes at a price of £85 per person.

As a small team, we take great pride in preparing everything fresh each day for our service. However, please be advised that we are unable to accommodate numerous dietary requirements for our Chef's Table menu, including pescatarian, no seafood, vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, and coeliac options. We may be able to cater to one specific dietary requirement, so we encourage you to inquire about the feasibility. Thank you for your understanding.
