This hearty meal includes salted cod, tender cabbage, boiled eggs, and comforting potatoes.
Sweet-Sour-Spicy Squid
甜酸辣味魷魚
Twice-cooked squid stir-fried with caramelised onions and bell peppers, offering an explosive burst of flavour. Served with steamed rice.
Pineapple Plum wine chicken
菠蘿梅酒雞
Juicy, boneless chicken, caramelised to perfection and glazed with premium plum wine, complemented by sweet-and-sour pineapple. Served with steamed rice.
Chef's Coconut Beef Flank
